1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • It must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • It must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label.

  • You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@niftycuration.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care items (such as hygiene-related kitchen tools).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout.

  • Sale items and Gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate new purchase for the replacement item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by our system.

  • Bank Delay: Keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

8. Return Address

A return shipping label provided by NiftyCuration is required before sending any items.
